The demarcation of British Columbia is unmistakable as the awesome mountain ranges carve a ragged path across the sky. Mighty rivers teeming with salmon surge in the endless quest to the Pacific Ocean. Deep, cathedral-like forests blanket millions of acres and everywhere – the wildlife.
The gentle grade of the Yellowhead Pass leads to two scenic routes; Tête Jaune Cache, the southern route retraces the course carved by the North Thompson River to Kamloops and on to Hope. The northwest route follows the Fraser River to Prince George and the Skeena River to Prince Rupert then on to the lush, coastal rainforests of the Pacific Ocean.
