Walk the Harmon Lake Interpretive Trails or Laurie Guichon Memorial Grasslands Interpretive Site, and see how many bird varieties you can spot. Enthusiastic astronomers won’t want to miss the Dark-Sky Preserve or Merritt’s Astronomical Society’s Merritt Star Quest in September.
